Niacin helps support normal growth and development. It contributes to normal nervous system activity and psychological function, helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, supports normal energy-yielding metabolism and helps maintain a healthy skin condition.
Pantothenic acid contributes to normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters as well as normal mental performance.
Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, supports normal protein and glycogen metabolism as well as normal red blood cell formation. It als helps stregrhen the immune system and promotes metabolic processes.

Children from aged 3 years take one (1) gummy daily; adults take two (2) gummies daily. Gummies should be chewed and not swallowed. Do not exceed the stated dose.
