There are two ways a customer can buy goods on a website:

How do I place an order online?

Find products in the selected category or use the search to find the products you would like to purchase.

Choose the product variations that are right for you (i.e., capacity, quantity).

quantities and capacity. If you change your mind or make a mistake, you can remove them from the list.

When you have finalized your shopping cart if you want to use the discount code, enter it in the provided discount code field.

To continue your order, please click "Proceed to Checkout".

Specify the buyer's details. If you are an unregistered user, the system will ask you to enter the shipping details.

Select the shipping method in the purchase window.

Choose a payment method ( payments can be made using Swedbank, Seb, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių bankas e-banking services. Payments can be made in euro. Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform."and make a payment.)After the payment has been made. wait for your order confirmation it will be sent to you by email to your email address.

How do I know if my order is being processed?

You will receive the confirmation of the order by e-mail, which you submitted at the registration after the bank will inform us of the successful payment transaction. You will receive your invoice after the payment by email. If you do not receive the email, please contact us by phone or email vilananb@gmail.com . Update after the shipment, with tracking code, will be sent shortly after the order will be proceeded by email.  

Is it necessary to sign up to make a purchase?

You do not have to sign up, but you will need to provide us with personal data.

Processing of the order

After selecting and making payment for the item, the buyer is informed about the order confirmation by e-mail. The order is fulfilled when the item is delivered to the buyer.
