Use undiluted oil on damp skin, gently massaging in a circular motion. Heat the macadamia oil and apply on the hair (over the entire length of the hair, massaging the scalp), leave on for about 15-30 minutes and then wash as normal. Add a little of this oil to a bowl or cup, warmed to a temperature comfortable for you, and soak your fingertips in it for 5 minutes.
This oil is best used within 12 months of opening.
