Use pure grape seed oil or a mixture of it (1:1) with other natural oils (jojoba, avocado, almond) or as a base oil for essential oils. Apply a few drops on moisturised skin and massage gently in a circular motion. Warm a small amount of oil in a water bath, apply on hair, massage the scalp, wrap in a towel and leave on for 20 minutes. Wash with regular shampoo.
This oil is best used within 12 months of opening
